INTRODUCTION
Simple Access control is a WordPress plugin that allows authors to restrict the access to pages and posts to logged in users. The plugin is very small and simple, it replaces the post or page content with a message telling the visiter to log in and it removes locked pages from menus.
INSTALLATION
Install from the WordPress Plugins – Add New menu in wp-admin.

CONTROLLING ACCESS TO PAGES AND POSTS
After activating Simple Access Control a widget will appear on the WordPress Edit Page screen titled Simple Access Control. Check the option labeled “Show to Logged in Users Only (Locked)” to control access to the page or post by visitors.
CONFIGURATION
The text displayed to visitors on locked pages can be changed from the Simple Access Control page in the Settings menu.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
There are no additional features supported by Simple Access Control. The code is simple, small and well documented, so you can use it as a starting point for your own access control plugin.
